CARE
INSTRUCTIONS
To
keep your beautiful garments looking their best, rhinestone
apparel should be washed inside out on a gentle cycle in
cold water. For best results, hang or lay flat to dry.
No heat dryer.
SHIPPING
Primary method of shipping is US Post Office Priority Mail.
Shipping is a $5.95 for the first shirt and $1.50 for each
additional shirt. If you would like to order and ship
outside of the US, please contact us for a shipping quote
prior to ordering.
ORDERING
Orders are not considered placed until they are paid in
full. Our designs are custom made and are not made in
advance. Due to market conditions quoted designs are
good for 7 days. Once 7 days has lapse and an order
has not been placed, the quote is subject to change. Once
your order is placed you will receive a computer preview of
what your design will look like in rhinestone for your
approval. Once you approve your design your item will
be created and shipped in 5 - 7 business days. We will
advise if your order will take longer than 7 business
days. Once an item is ordered, RhineStone Beauty has the
right to display the design and other graphics as samples of
their work.
RUSH
ORDERS
Normal turnaround time on orders are 5 - 7 business days
after your design has been approved. Rush orders may
be subject to a $20 rush fee and increased shipping charges.
Please advise if you will need your item sooner prior to
placing your order.
PAYMENT
Payments are made via pay pal or Square Register.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We
value our work and are committed to providing superior
customer service. We use only high quality brilliant
rhinestone crystals. While it is very unlikely that a
crystal will fall off, we do send a few extra crystals with
your order. Place the replacement crystal where it
needs to go on your garment and carefully place the corner
of a warm iron over the crystal. You need to be very
careful not to touch any other crystals, as you might loosen
the adhesive on those and move them around. Within the
first 6 months of receiving your item, you can ship back to
us and we will be happy to replace the crystals free of
charge; as long as it has been properly taken care of.
Customer should contact us in advance of requesting a
repair, and customer is responsible for shipping both to and
from RhineStone Beauty.
RETURNS
We
want to you love your purchase from RhineStone Beauty.
However, due to the nature of our business, all sales are
final. If you order a custom design, before it is
created for you we will send a confirmation email for you to
verify your order. At this point, you may still cancel
your order.
If
your item is damaged during shipping we will gladly accept
returns within 7 days of delivery. Please notify us
within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will
pre-authorize the return. If we make a mistake on your
product you have 7 days to return, anything after 7 days you
will have to re-purchase. The customer is responsible for
returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to RhineStone
Beauty. Credit or refund issued will not include
original shipping charges and insurance charges. We
reserve the right to not accept a return if the item has
been damaged or worn.
